Hi, I’m Ashley.
I am currently a Senior UX Designer at Eleven Peppers Studios.
I’m an award-winning designer with 8 years of experience in the industry. I hold a Master's degree in User-Experience Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Throughout the years, I’ve refined my skills through a combination of academic learning and real-world experience, working with small businesses, tech firms, and government entities.
I've always been fascinated by the blend of art, technology, and psychology. Understanding the crucial role of design in creating memorable and reliable experiences, I make sure to ask the right questions, stay organized, and prioritize supporting research to defend my design decisions.
Outside of work, I love to travel, organize, watch the latest indie movies (consider me an amateur movie buff/critic), and spend quality time with my family. As I continue my design journey, I'm excited to leverage my skills and knowledge to push boundaries, make a positive impact, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital experiences.
Here’s a sneak peek of what I‘m known for.
